On the ground in tears and excruciating pain I start to massage my swelling ankle. I try to get up an put pressure on it but it hurts to bad, now I have to all the way to the kitchen for an ice pack, and being injured it's going to take a minute to get there. heavy I get the ice pack and make my way back to my couch, I prop my ankle up an ice it down.
